Core vision of RESULTS is to development an effective M&E system for non-profit projects. Our capabilities lie in four core areas: database development, training services, advisory services and survey services. We combine our technical M&E and database management expertise with specialist’s knowledge in non-profit sectors such as agriculture, education, health, income generation, working with the government etc.

We believe that M&E should be used to steer the course of projects and not simply as a reporting tool. Information gathered at the right time is crucial to the overall management and success of the project. For years, projects may continue to operate at a sub-optimal level due to lack of proper M&E and eventually resulting in failed results. When alerts or data gathered at the right time can prevent such situations from arising. Donors too can use such systems to monitor the progress of the funded projects and thereby make effective decisions on which ones to scale up and which ones to discontinue with.  Funded projects also clearly are aware of their performance indicators, timeline etc early on in the projects in the project. They can access the database anytime and update information to highlight their progress from time to time.
